Pete Lucadano and his brother, David Lucadano (known as “The Brothers”) have worked together in the Florida Green Industry for the past 40 years. The Brothers started their original company as high school kids and built it up to be a Lawn and Landscape “Top 100” company. Pete and David sold their original company to a publicly traded company, and they each worked for that company for several years. As time passed, Pete and David decided that they wanted to again become owner / operators, so they started RedTree Landscape Systems in 2016. Today, RedTree Landscape Systems is known as one of the most recognizable, innovative and successful full-service commercial landscape contractors on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Operating out of the Tampa Bay Area, RedTree Landscape Services has experienced exponential growth each year of their existence with 2024 sales that will exceed $12 million.

Pete Lucadano is an ISA Certified Arborist, an ISA TRAQ Certified Arborist, a Florida Certified Horticulture Professional, a Florida Certified Pest Control Operator in Lawn & Ornamental, a Florida Certified Irrigation Contractor, a Certified Landscape Manager and Florida Best Management Practices Professional. Pete has his undergraduate degree from Liberty University where he played NCAA D1 baseball, and he has his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Pete still plays organized semi-professional baseball with his brother David locally and in national tournaments. Pete and his wife Karen (who runs the Client Services Desk at RedTree Landscape Systems) have raised 3 daughters (Lauren, Marissa & Abigail) and 1 son (Grant).
