How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?

Please note:  There are a limited number of rooms still remaining within the group block at the Loews Vanderbilt Nashville.
A block of discounted rooms is available at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel to event attendees at a special group rate of $289.00 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy.

Overflow Hotel Room Block

The group room block at the host hotel, the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, is currently SOLD OUT of room nights on May 8th.

An overflow room block has been secured at the nearby Courtyard Nashville Vanderbilt/West End at a discounted rate of $229 per night plus tax. The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, April 21, 2025, or until the room block is full—whichever comes first. CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-879-0462 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Lawn & Landscape Business Builders Summit will be taking place in the Symphony Ballroom III of the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Registration will be stationed in the Symphony Ballroom Foyer.
