Bruce Moore Jr. grew up in the landscaping business as a gardener and crew leader, ascending to Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

He was named president of Eastern Land Management in 2018, marking a generational shift in control of the commercial landscaping business founded by his father Bruce Moore Sr. in 1976.

In 2024, Bruce acquired Contour Landscaping in Stamford, Connecticut, a move that will be instrumental as ELM transforms its business to deliver greater value to commercial real estate clients throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties, Connecticut, and Westchester County, New York.

Bruce serves on the Board of Corporators at First County Bank, is a member of the Board of Directors Southern Connecticut BOMA, Fairfield County House, and Stamford Little League. He is also a member of the Umbrella Club, the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, and Westchester BOMA.

Bruce attended Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is a SIMA Certified Advanced Snow Manager and a NALP Certified Landscape Industry Manager.
