Joel Sullivan is a second-generation leader of Sullivan’s Landscaping and Maintenance. Upon graduating from the University of Delaware in 2012 he joined the small family business with gross revenue of approximately $600,000. Today Sullivan’s Landscaping is still a small family business; however, it’s now thriving and will exceed $14 million in annual revenue in 2024. Sullivan’s Landscaping specializes in partnerships with quality community associations and currently has 3 branches located throughout Delaware. Growing up and being part of the green industry his entire life, Sullivan is very passionate about improving the brand equity of the green industry among future generations as a professional career opportunity.
