Bob graduated from Oregon State University in 1983. After 17 years working for working in the industry, Bob started Pacific Landscape Management in 2001 based in Portland Oregon. By 2021, had grown to manage over 1,500 commercial and HOA properties with a staff of 350 working out of 5 branch offices producing $35,000,000 in revenue. In 2022, they partnered with Southfield Capital to fund expansion and acquired 2 companies in Seattle, acquiring adding 3 new branch locations150 employees. Combined 2023 revenue topped $60 million. Their successful partnership with Southfield Capital has expanded their acquisition footprint and now they are looking to expand through the Southwest. To do so, they have formed a Holding Company named Osprey Landscape Group and have hired Josh Dake to be it’s CEO.

Bob is Landscape Industry Certified and a firm believer in the value of community and industry association membership and involvement. He is past president of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association, former president of National Association of Landscape Professionals, and former chair of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce.
